How do you actually vet your accounting operators?
Every candidate completes a custom skills assessment built around your firm's tech stack — scored through our TestGorilla integration. We test live competency in QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, and workflow-specific tasks like bank reconciliations, AP coding, and journal entries. You see the score report before you interview anyone.
Do you manage the operator for us?
No — and that's intentional. We're operator infrastructure, not a managed service. We place the right operator and give you the portal, accountability tools, and check-ins to manage them like staff. This keeps your costs lower, your operator more accountable to you, and the relationship stronger long-term.
What happens if the operator isn't a fit?
You have two options inside the first 30 days: (1) we re-vet and place a different operator at no additional cost, or (2) you exit the engagement and we refund every wage you've paid plus 50% of your setup fee. Worst-case downside is $500 — half of the one-time setup. That's it.
How is this different from Upwork or OnlineJobs.ph?
Those are marketplaces — you do the vetting, you take on the risk, you build the systems yourself. We're a placement infrastructure company. Can operators work in our time zone?
Yes. Our operators routinely work US business hours, including Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones. You'll see live online/offline status in the portal so there's never a question of who is working when.
